Tabitha Blake

The Paranormal Experience

Owner of Tabby's Nocturnal Nights.

Tabitha Blake is a paranormal suspense and romance writer. Writing about the creatures of the night is her passion. She is fueled by the need to pen romances with dark twists. Her fascination with the paranormal keeps her mind reaching for the next great story idea. Writing brings her joy and with each story she writes her characters become a part of her. Tabby has a wild imagination that shines through in everything she writes.

She resides in the bustling city of Houston, Texas, with her husband and three crazy cats. She is the mother of four amazing kids that have taught her how to have fun and just enjoy life. Her passion for the written word started at a very young age and has molded her into the writer she is today. Most of the time you will find her with her nose in a book or at her computer writing. The need to read and write runs deep and is part of who she is.

Brenda Dyer

The Supernatural Realm

I live on beautiful Vancouver Island, off the coast of British Columbia with my husband, two teenage boys, two miniature horses-both boys-chickens and three cats- two of which are males. Hmmm, a lot of testosterone flying around my house. I’ve been an avid reader of romance since I was a teen and always dabbled in writing, but not seriously until 2007. From the moment I sat at my computer and starting writing my first novel, I was hooked! My idea of the perfect day is my coffee, my computer and the company of my character’s speaking to me–directing my hands.

Nikki Barrett

Our In House Book Reviewer

I found the love of writing at an early age. By the fifth grade, I'd written an eight-page story in a spiral notebook involving me and my friends in my neighborhood. I jumped into writing poetry and song lyrics from there. I have an overactive imagination and I'm always trying to create something. I write in different genres of romance, including suspense, paranormal, and contemporary. Hobbies other than writing include reading, photography (especially weather and storm photography), working on my online used bookstore.  And spending time with my family. I currently reside with my wonderful husband and charismatic toddler-aged son in Phoenix, Arizona, which I would like much more if it rained more and wasn't hotter than hell during the summertime.

Sara Ellwood

Lassoing the Muse

I write stories about Texas cowboys and the women that are strong enough to love them. All of my books have a strong theme of family, military and country music. I wrote my first novel in 11th grade.  Five years ago, I decided to post some of my Star Wars fan fiction and it became a fun and exciting way to learn about writing. During that time, I wrote 40 stories (7 novels and 33 short stories). I still have “fans.” I’m a member of Romance Writers of America, where I’m on the PRO Education Committee and Co-Moderator for the RWACraft Yahoo Group email loop; a member of Central PA Romance Writers and RWAOnline. Excluding my high school novel and the 7 fan fiction novels, I’ve written three books in the past three years, and I’m currently working on my fourth. I’m constantly trying to learn more about my craft and the business of publishing. I live in Central Pennsylvania with a teenage son and pre-teen daughter, my husband. I work full-time as a medical secretary for the Department of the Army, and I’m an avid gardener with over two hundred different varieties of plants growing in my gardens. I love to read and, of course, read mostly romance. But I’ve read most of Star Wars books as well.

Berengaria Brown

Berengaria is a multi-published author of erotic romance: contemporary, paranormal (ghosts, vampires and werewolves) and Regency-set historical. Whatever the characters need for their very hot happily-ever-after, Berengaria makes sure they get it.

Casea Majors

Prior to becoming a writer of romantic fiction, Casea Major worked in the legal field for ten years.  She is now a full-time mom to three preschool aged children with whom she and her husband live happily...most of the time.  When she isn't chained to her laptop, she enjoys Cary Grant movies and crocheting.

Jennifer Lowery (Kamptner)

I'm an aspiring romantic suspense and military romance writer.  I love alpha heroes and strong, independent heroines.  There is usually an emotional theme in my stories, strong family bonds, and lots of adventure.  The bigger the stakes, the happier I am.  Writing has been my dream ever since I was a little girl sitting at our kitchen table with my sisters spinning tales with paper and pencil and of course, a tall glass of iced tea.  I am living that dream now and have my family to thank for it.  Their support and patience when there is no dinner because I am in the middle of a great scene is what gets me through.  My hope is to one day gift someone with a story that takes them on an exciting adventure with characters they fall in love with and leaves them with that warm, fuzzy feeling and a touch of disappointment when the story ends.  It is what so many authors have given me and I hope to give back.

Kaye Spencer

Kaye Spencer (and her writing alter ego, A.L. Debran) writes steamy romances from her basement hovel in a quiet little neighborhood in extreme southeastern Colorado. She’s been a writer for most of her varied and adventurous life. While Kaye is drawn to the Old West, all romance genres are within her sphere of story crafting. A few years ago, she abandoned her career in special education administration for the exotic and exciting life as a romance novelist. Because she loves a challenge, Kaye recently added romance cover art design and romance novel and reviews editing to her life.

Louis L’Amour westerns and Marty Robbins’ gunfighter ballads are a deep within her soul. She is a self-professed Phantom of the Opera and Arthurian legend fiend. Her favorite book is The Mists of Avalon and favorite movie is The Princess Bride. Sam Elliott, Gerard Butler, Alan Rickman, Liam Neeson, Sean Bean, Hugh Jackman, and Gabriel Byrne make her rockin’ world go ’round.

Kaye and her husband live in tolerable harmony with each other and their menagerie of pets. Although they’re entirely too young to have grandchildren, Kaye and her husband wouldn’t know what to do without them. However, her husband doesn’t know about Gerard, Alan, Liam, Sean, Hugh, and Gabriel, although he resigned himself years ago to her one-sided relationship with Sam…
